STANDARD TURNAROUND TIMES

ORDERS

• UNDER 50 - 7-10 DAYS
• OVER 50-100 UNITS - 10-15 DAYS.

DESIGN - 5-7 DAYS

LARGE FORMAT PRINTING - 3-5 DAYS

ALL LEADTIMES BEGIN ONCE FINAL ARTWORK IS APPROVED.

Illustrator/Vector artwork

• Make art to size.
• Save in .AI or .EPS format, CMYK color mode.
• Create Outlines on all fonts.
• Convert all strokes to Outlines.
• Include any/all imported or placed images and graphic files.

Photoshop/Raster artwork

• Make art to size.
• Save in .PSD or .TIF format, CMYK color mode
• File resolution should be at least 150dpi, and not to exceed 600dpi.
  
  
  
  

We go the extra mile in making sure that we don’t start printing until we are sure that we are all on the same page.

Once we receive your art and product description, we start making a digital mock-up (or proof) of your design. Once you have approved the design or made any notes for us to change, we are ready to start printing.

In some cases we can print a physical sample for your approval before we start printing your actual merchandise.

Blank goods and specialty products/materials are ordered per client requirements. We maintain stock of certain items, but sometimes they may be out of stock.

We will make every reasonable attempt to let you know if a product is no longer available and offer a comparable substitution, although additional charges may apply.

For garment printing we currently offer a maximum image size of 16″ wide and 20″ tall.
